Competition law
Our work in the field of competition law is based on extensive knowledge of the unified EU Competition Law as well as knowledge of the national regulation.
We provide services to Slovenian and foreign Clients:
- to ensure compliance of their operations with legislation in the field of competition law,
- in cases of unfair competition, when our Clients want to take action against infringements of competition rules,
- representation in complex procedures regarding infringements of competition law before the competent authorities, the National Competition Protection Agency, national courts and the European Commission,
- we provide also legal assistance in obtaining all the necessary consents and approvals required by the regulators in cases of mergers and acquisitions.
